Operations streamlining
We map how work really moves through your organization, remove the steps that add no value and automate the ones that remain. The result is fewer hand-offs, shorter queues and processes people can explain.
IT consulting · Custom technology · Agentic AI
Adamantine Solutions designs, builds and runs the systems an organization depends on. We streamline how work moves, build the software your process actually needs, and put AI agents to work under human control.
01 / Capabilities
Six disciplines, one team. Each engagement draws on the ones the problem needs, and nothing it doesn't.
We map how work really moves through your organization, remove the steps that add no value and automate the ones that remain. The result is fewer hand-offs, shorter queues and processes people can explain.
Software, integrations and internal tools built around your process instead of forcing your process around a product. Delivered with tests, documentation and infrastructure as code so your team can own it.
A strategy grounded in your data, your constraints and your people. We rank use cases by value and risk, prove the best ones quickly, and plan adoption so the tools are used after the pilot ends.
AI agents that read, reason within defined limits and act through your systems, handing exceptions to people with the evidence attached. Every action is logged, every tool is scoped, and anything irreversible waits for a human.
Secure, cost-aware foundations on AWS and Azure. Infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines and monitoring that make releases routine and recoveries fast.
Pipelines, data models and reporting that people trust, because every figure can be traced to its source. Clean data is also what makes AI worth deploying.
02 / Process Lab
Choose an industry and a process. The lab draws how that work usually runs today and how we would restructure it, with agents doing the repetitive work and people holding the decisions.

This is an illustrative blueprint. A real design starts from your own process data.
Discuss this process03 / Approach
Every phase has a defined output, so you can stop, continue or change direction at any point with a working result in hand.
We interview the people doing the work, read the data and measure the baseline: volumes, cycle times, error rates and cost.
Output: baseline & opportunity map
We redesign the process first and choose the technology second. Agents, integrations and checkpoints are specified with their failure modes.
Output: target design & business case
Short iterations against real cases from your history, with the people who will use the result reviewing every increment.
Output: working system on your infrastructure
We test edge cases, failure paths and abuse. Monitoring, alerting, audit trails and rollback are in place before go-live.
Output: production readiness review
We run it with you, measure against the baseline, and transfer the knowledge, code and runbooks so your team can own it.
Output: measured results & handover pack
Every automation has a manual override and a rollback path. We judge risk by what can be undone.
Agents propose and prepare. Payments, deletions, commitments and anything else irreversible wait for a person.
When a check can't complete, the system stops and says so. A silent pass is treated as a defect.
Results are reported against the baseline from the Diagnose phase, with the method shown.
Code, data, prompts and credentials live in your accounts. No proprietary platform stands between you and your system.
We choose the model per task on quality, cost and data residency, and keep the option to switch.
04 / Industries
The methods transfer across industries because the underlying problems repeat: work arrives, gets checked, gets decided and gets recorded. Domain knowledge comes from your people, and we design around it.
05 / Working together
Focused
A fixed-scope assessment of one process or one AI opportunity. You receive the baseline, a target design and a costed plan, whether or not you build it with us.
End to end
From design to production for a defined outcome, delivered in iterations with measurable checkpoints and a handover to your team at the end.
Ongoing
A standing technical partner for a program of improvements: advisory, architecture, delivery and the operation of what we build together.
06 / Readiness check
Six questions, about a minute. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to send them to us.
Leadership
Technology projects fail in one of two places: the system breaks, or nobody uses it. Every engagement has a lead for each.
07 / Questions
An agent is software that uses a language model to decide which step to take next and then takes it through a defined set of tools, such as reading a document, querying a system or drafting a reply. In a well-designed process, agents handle the repetitive reading, checking and preparing, and people make the decisions that matter. We define exactly which tools each agent can use and which actions require approval.
Wherever your requirements say it must be. We prefer to build inside your own cloud accounts, choose model providers and regions that meet your data-residency obligations, and can use models hosted in your environment when data must not leave it.
Yes. Our COO has led EU AI Act compliance for enterprise AI deployments. We help you inventory and classify your AI use cases, define approval and human-oversight rules, document systems and data, and build the governance that lets teams keep shipping safely. We are not a law firm, so we work alongside your legal counsel on legal interpretation.
No. Most organizations don't have it, and the Diagnose phase tells you which data problems actually block value. Fixing those specific problems is often part of the first engagement.
We are vendor-neutral. Typical work involves AWS and Azure, Terraform, modern web stacks, common ERP and CRM APIs, and leading language models from several providers. We recommend what fits your existing estate and your team's skills.
Against the baseline we measure at the start: cycle time, touch time, error and rework rates, cost per case and the satisfaction of the people involved. We agree the measures before building, so the result can't be argued after the fact.
The design assumes it will. Confidence thresholds route uncertain cases to people, irreversible actions need approval, every action is logged with its inputs, and evaluation suites catch regressions before changes are released.
